 Jagar Ali is currently an assistant lecturer at the Petroleum Engineering Department with MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering. He graduated with a solid background BSc in Petroleum Engineering from Koya University in Kurdistan Region, 2011 and was 2nd in ranking. He joined the petroleum department as researcher in 2011. In 2012, He has been awarded a scholarship by Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research-KRG to carry out MSc of Petroleum Engineering. He gained his MSc degree from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK in 2014. He is now a PhD candidate in Soran University.
