Biography: I have always had a strong desire for lifelong learning, and very much enjoy experiencing difficult and exciting challenges. I aspire to attain exceptional expertise in the field of teaching and technology literacy to not only broaden my horizons but also enable me to provide positive opportunities for other individuals. My mission in teaching is to promote positive social change by empowering learners to reach their full potential as highly motivated lifelong learners who are confident, compassionate, and knowledgeable members of society. I feel that my dynamic background through my college experience, as well as regularly attending professional development seminars, observations, training, and teaching in education, have provided me with the necessary skills to carry out any task which may come my way in a professional and reputable manner. I am an enthusiastic and patient English language teacher who works tirelessly to develop and promote an interactive, an enjoyable, inviting and dynamic learning atmosphere. I am a detail-orientated and organised ESL instructor focused on evaluating student progression and adapting lesson plans to facilitate learning and growth. I implement traditional and innovative methods to motivate students to learn the English language. I understand British culture due to living in the UK for 8 years and studying the language through ESOL courses, MA in TESOL and Translation Studies, as well as practical teaching experience in classes for adult learners in different levels (pre-, inter-, and upper-mediate).
