بەڕێوەچوونی سمینار لە لایەن بەڕێز"د. بدیع عبداللە محمد"

ڕۆژی سێشەممە ڕێکەوتی ٢٠٢٢-٤-١٢، بەڕێز " د. بدیع عبداللە محمد" مامۆستای بەشی ئەندازیاری کیمیایی سمینارێک بە ناونیشانی: " Re-refinery engine oil waste to diesel fuel using pyrolysis and catalyst" پێشکەش بەئامادەبووانی بەڕێز کرد.


Due to energy demand and depletion of fossil oil resources, we have to find alternative fuels for internal combustion engines. On the other hand, engine oil waste (EOW) poses a very serious environment challenge because of their disposal problems all over the world. The aims of this study are to recover base diesel fuel from EOW using pyrolysis and catalyst followed by distillation method. There is around 114,465.41 EOW in Kurdistan region. The EOW was collected from many places inside Soran city, it was preheating and purified from contamination by filtration. All experiments have been done in the lab of Chemical Engineering department, Faculty of Engineering. Many effective variables were examined to ensure whether our product meets the standard diesel or not. To investigate the effects of pyrolysis of temperature ranges and amount of catalyst on the API, viscosity, density, flash point, aniline point, diesel index and color of the product, the EOW samples are mixed with catalyst and then exposed to pyrolysis process. Thermal and physical properties of the diesel fuels such as API, flash point, viscosity, aniline point and distillation temperatures are examined. The result revealed that the catalyst with a ratio of 0.65 w % has the optimized effect on proper distillation temperatures as well as the physical properties of the produced diesel were API 39, flash point 57
oC, density 825 kg/m3, aniline point 65 oC and diesel index 58 leading that our product meets the standardized diesel
