Without our dedicated human resources, we would not have been able to stand tall today.  FENG consist of XXX Academic staff in its 3 departments and XXX admiration staff to run all admin and policy affairs.  The FENG administration body is responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the institution and separate from the faculty or academics, although some personnel may have joint responsibilities of academic and administration duties.
